We connect every tool into one hub and build a living, deterministic memory of how a company works. Proven in marketing, the hardest data problem there is, and expanding from there.
Outflink started in the trenches. We ran acquisition campaigns for names like PokerStars and Codere, in regulated, multi-market iGaming, the hardest measurement environment there is. And we kept hitting the same wall: scattered tools, numbers that never matched, teams burning half the week on reconciliation instead of marketing.
So we built our own way to work: a methodology, and the first prototype of our infrastructure, to run those campaigns properly. Clean data first, decisions second. It worked. The results our clients talk about came from bigger campaigns run by much leaner teams.
Then we automated it. The methodology became software: one hub that connects every tool, a deterministic layer on top, and a living memory of how the operation actually runs. What we once did by hand, the system now does continuously.
Today, that's what Outflink is. We build the foundational systems companies thrive on: leaner operations now, and ground solid enough for AI to run on. We proved it by hand first. That's why it works, and that know-how is the IP everything we build runs on.
If your team can't trust the numbers, you don't have a reporting problem. You have a foundation problem.
AI is only as good as the ground it stands on. We build the deterministic layer first, then intelligence has something solid to stand on.
We move fast without chaos, standing up reliable foundations in weeks, not quarters.
We work alongside your team, not around them. Boutique by choice, close to the work, and to the outcome.
Outflink is a boutique, owner-led firm founded by Aryeh Lehrer and Eliezer Galatzan. We stay small on purpose: deep in the details, honest about what works, and accountable for the foundation we build. We go deepest in regulated, performance-driven markets, iGaming, sports betting, lotteries, and online trading, and bring that same rigor to e-commerce and retail.
